Was this at a trade show? Very kewl. I love the figurines they make these days, much better quality with each decade we pass. If you're anything like me, I remember starting with Spawn figurines back in the day. In fact I found a nice place with lots of Ben 10 models and action figures over at JuniorToons. You guys might enjoy it too.
The animation is great too, it's not like some of this dribble you see these days.
